Liver Fibrosis Test - Enhanced Liver Fibrosis (ELF) Score

Enhanced Liver Fibrosis (ELF) Score is a simple, accurate, non-invasive blood test that measures the levels of three markers to estimate the rate of liver extracellular matrix metabolism which reflects the severity of liver fibrosis. ELF Score is recommended by the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE) as a second level test for the screening for liver fibrosis in patients with equivocal FIB-4 score.
